Terms Privacy AML / KYC Refund Risk Disclosure Delete Account

1. Acceptance and Policy Framework

By creating an account, accessing the Novic Capital portal, or using any related services, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, AML / KYC Policy, Refund Policy, and Risk Disclosure.

If you do not agree with these policies, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.

We may reject, limit, or close accounts where identity, residency, sanctions, fraud, or onboarding concerns cannot be resolved.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account.

3. Service Scope

Novic Capital offers portal access, account management, wallet and transfer tooling, promotional features, and trading-related infrastructure that may include copy-trading functionality and manual trading interfaces.

Platform content, trader metrics, performance figures, and marketing materials are for information only and are not a personal recommendation to trade or allocate capital.

4. Funding, Transfers, and Withdrawals

Deposits, internal transfers, and withdrawals are subject to verification checks, transaction monitoring, operational controls, and payment-provider availability.

We may place requests on hold, request supporting documents, or refuse a transaction where ownership, source of funds, fraud, sanctions, or account-security concerns exist.

Processing times vary by method, network, verification status, and review requirements.

Supported payment methods may differ by country, account status, and compliance review requirements.

5. Copy Trading Terms

Copy trading allows a user to allocate capital to a selected master trader subject to platform rules and approval controls.

Execution outcomes may differ from the master trader because of latency, price movement, slippage, liquidity, or account-specific restrictions.

Published trader metrics, gains, risk scores, and history are informational only and do not guarantee future performance.

Minimum balances, copier limits, eligibility checks, and account restrictions may apply.

6. Compliance, Security, and Suspensions

Novic Capital may suspend features, freeze account activity, reject requests, or require enhanced verification where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security events, dispute handling, or operational integrity.

Prohibited conduct includes account abuse, chargeback fraud, identity misuse, sanctions evasion, deceptive activity, or use of the service in breach of applicable law.

7. Changes to Services and Terms

We may revise platform features, limits, fees, supported funding methods, and these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a different date is stated.

8. Account Closure and Record Retention

You may request account deletion through the applicable deletion workflow or support channel. Closure requests remain subject to open balances, pending disputes, legal retention periods, and compliance recordkeeping duties.
